So there is a special rest still waiting for the people of God. For all who have entered into God’s rest have rested from their labours, just as God did after creating the world. So let us do our best to enter that rest. - Hebrews 4:9-11

The Leaders Retreat came from a heart to provide a space for leaders to be refreshed and poured into. As leaders we are called to pour into others and the Father’s heart is that we would pour from a place of overflow. His promise is that as we refresh others, we too will be refreshed.

Mount Alford Lodge is a boutique Christian Retreat Centre located in the stunning Scenic Rim, right next to Lake Moogerah. The retreat centre is found at the foot of Mount Alford and surrounded by panoramic views that you will fall in love with. There are acres of beautiful grounds for you to explore with God, whether it be a quiet walk, sitting and reflecting under one of the trees, or taking in the sunrise or sunset from the verandah of your cabin.

Over the four days you will be rested, refreshed, strengthened and encouraged. Our team will facilitate small group sessions which will focus on the spiritual health and soul care of a kingdom leader. As a leader, you are often responsible for others, these interactive sessions will be an opportunity for you to take your leaders hat off and receive for yourself.

Each woman will receive an individual mentoring session with the Her Harvest Global Academy team. This sixty minute mentoring session will create a space for God to bring clarity and fresh insight into your personal journey. This will include prayer, ministry and prophetic insight as God leads.

There will be time for you to simply be with God. You could use this time for reconnecting with God through journalling, reflecting and reading, taking a much needed nap, or enjoying the fresh air out in nature.

This retreat is an investment into you, and you are worth pouring into. The retreat includes:

  • 3 nights, 4 days stay at Mount Alford Lodge

  • Private room with a private ensuite

  • All meals included - breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning tea, afternoon tea and supper

  • 5 small group sessions

  • 1 individual 60 minute mentoring session with HHGA Team

  • Check in from 4-5pm on Thursday 3rd of July 2025

  • Check out at noon on Sunday 6th of July 2025

Total investment: $950

Deposit to be made on acceptance is $250, balance due 4 weeks before retreat

We are keeping this retreat small and intimate so that we can intentionally pour into each of you and give you the time and space you need to be with God. There are only 5 spaces available for this Leaders Retreat. Each application will be prayerfully considered.
